KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU ADMINISTRASI PERKANTORAN DI SMK MUHAMMADIYAH 3 SINGOSARI

Teacher is known as the most influential component in creating the process and outcome quality education. One of the competencies that must be owned by a teacher is pedagogical competence. With the competency of teachers affects the quality of the implementation of quality learning activities that make students more enthusiastic motivated for the learning process. The purpose of this study is to describe the pedagogical competence of teachers of Office Administration subject at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari.

HUBUNGAN PERSEPSI SISWA ATAS KREATIFITAS GURU DAN PEMANFAATAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN DENGAN HASIL BELAJAR KEARSIPAN SISWA KELAS X APK DI SMK NEGERI 1 MALANG

Creativity of teachers is one way to maximize learning objectives, especially in the field of education. This research aims to determine: 1) the relationship student perception on creativity of teachers with learning outcomes, 2) the relationship student perception on the use of media with learning outcomes. This type of research is descriptive correlation. The population in this research were 142 students in the sample 100 students. This sampling using Simple Random Sampling technique. The analyze used in this research is the Product Moment correlation analyze. This result of this research show that: 1) there was a positive and significant relationship between students perception on the creativity of teachers with learning outcomes, 2) there was a positive and significant relationship between students perception on the use of media with learning outcomes. The suggestions are recommended for this research are: 1) for teachers, can be used as information to enhance creativity as a guideline in teaching and discovery of appropriate methods to control the way of students learning, 2) for students, can be used as information and a reference to improve learning outcomes by seeking references relating to the archival material, 3) for parents, can be used as information to pay attention to completeness and provide students learning facilities, 4) for further research, should be conducted research with other variable related and can effect student learning outcomes.

PENGARUH PRESTASI BELAJAR KEWIRAUSAHAAN DI SEKOLAH TERHADAP MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA SISWA KELAS X SETELAH LULUS SMK MUHAMMADIYAH 3 SINGOSARI

The purpose of this study is to determine the learning achievement and entrepreneurial practices variables that affect entrepreneurship interest for the Tenth Grade Students after Graduating from SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari. The results of the data analysis in this study showed that: 1) student achievement is quite good, the practice of entrepreneurship is classified as very good, as well as entrepreneurship interest; 2 ) there is no significant positive effect between learning achievement and entrepreneurship interest; 3) there is a positive and significant influence between the entrepreneurial practices of students’ entrepreneurship interest; and 4) there is a significant positive effect between learning achievement and entrepreneurial practice simultaneously on the interest in entrepreneurship students.
