HUBUNGAN PERSEPSI SISWA ATAS KREATIFITAS GURU DAN PEMANFAATAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN DENGAN HASIL BELAJAR KEARSIPAN SISWA KELAS X APK DI SMK NEGERI 1 MALANG

Creativity of teachers is one way to maximize learning objectives, especially in the field of education. This research aims to determine: 1) the relationship student perception on creativity of teachers with learning outcomes, 2) the relationship student perception on the use of media with learning outcomes. This type of research is descriptive correlation. The population in this research were 142 students in the sample 100 students. This sampling using Simple Random Sampling technique. The analyze used in this research is the Product Moment correlation analyze. This result of this research show that: 1) there was a positive and significant relationship between students perception on the creativity of teachers with learning outcomes, 2) there was a positive and significant relationship between students perception on the use of media with learning outcomes. The suggestions are recommended for this research are: 1) for teachers, can be used as information to enhance creativity as a guideline in teaching and discovery of appropriate methods to control the way of students learning, 2) for students, can be used as information and a reference to improve learning outcomes by seeking references relating to the archival material, 3) for parents, can be used as information to pay attention to completeness and provide students learning facilities, 4) for further research, should be conducted research with other variable related and can effect student learning outcomes.
